Description

We are a small family run online retail business. We stock specialist products for all Special Educational Needs. We dispatch on average 100 orders a day to schools, colleges, universities, prisons, hospitals and private individuals. We are currently looking for Customer Service apprentice to join and learn within our team.

We have a vacancy for someone to work within Customer Service, the role will require:

  • Answering the telephone and assisting customers with queries, placing orders and advice regarding products.
  • Website maintenance to make sure the correct information is available and up to date for our customers.
  • Digital Marketing.
  • Stock adjustment to maintain the correct stock levels.
  • Picking and Packing as required.
  • Answering Social Media enquiries and keeping relevant social media posts updated.
Entry requirements

Maths and English GCSE grades 4 or above - Desirable.

Training to be provided

  • The learner will be studying the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
  • Day release to West Suffolk College.
  • Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.
Things to consider

Please be aware, there will be long periods of computer/screen work.
