We are currently looking for full time experienced cabinet makers to join our team. Based at our workshop in Staffordshire undertaking the fabrication of our bespoke cabinetry and interiors. We require a skilled craftsman to join us, who can work straight from technical drawings. A proactive maker, with meticulous attention to detail, and who will always see things through to completion. We appreciate honesty, reliability, and confidence in your own abilities.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, with a focus on cabinet or furniture making. Level 2/3 NVQ/ diploma in Bench Joinery, equivalent or above an advantage.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings and plans.
• Familiarity with woodworking machinery and hand tools, with a demonstrated ability to operate them safely and effectively.
• Site fitting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work (no shortcuts).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually.
• Motivated, driven, with a positive cando attitude.
• Full UK driving licence would be an advantage.

Key Details:

• Salary dependent on experience.
• Permanent position, with immediate start available.
• 39 hours per week: 8am 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am 1pm on Fridays.

Beautifully lit with both natural and LED lighting, the workshop is equipped with uptodate tools and technology to accommodate the demands of modern furniture making.
