Description

Following new investment into Early Supported Discharge (ESD), an exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for an innovative and well-motivated nurse or Allied Health Professional (AHP) to join the Stroke team.

Based within Worcestershire Acute Trust, this post would work across the whole stroke pathway, including in-patient rehabilitation and the Community Stroke team to ensure the optimum evidence-based service for the people of Worcestershire.

This is a permenant post. However, a secondment post would be considered if desired.
