Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our growing client in the Glenrothes area. We are seeking a Soldering Technician, to join the production team on a full-time temporary basis.

As a Soldering Technician you will work
: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:30 & Friday, 08:00 to 14:00. Paid weekly at
£10.00 per hour + attendance bonus after satisfactory completion of probationary period.

Your duties as a Solderer:

Handsoldering intricate electrical components
Working from diagrams soldering and assembling to the required specifications
Working within a specialised environment, attention to detail is essential
Working as part of a team

Ideally, you would have previous experience in manufacturing and production, ideally within electronic manufacturing.

Combined with previous soldering experience; be able to work with small components; be able to work using your own initiative and as part of a team, and; be flexible in your approach to work.

Please Note:
A valid IPC J-STD-001 certification is required for this role.
