We are a small but passionate team specializing in trading premium pre-owned bicycles and parts.

We're seeking a skilled Bicycle Mechanic with at least 4 years of experience to join us in our local workshop located in Alexandra Park/Muswell Hill.

This casual role is perfect for those looking for flexible hours or operating as a self-employed mechanic.

Responsibilities:

• Perform light cleaning, thorough servicing, and meticulous inspections of premium road and gravel bikes upon arrival at our warehouse.
• Utilize your autonomy to conduct repairs while ensuring adherence to our quality guidelines.
• Employ your expertise in wheel truing, hydraulic brake bleeding, tubeless setups, and Di2 & SRAM ETAP systems to maintain and enhance bike performance.
• Offer exceptional customer service by providing clear and honest communication and guidance to customers on custom builds, upgrades, compatibility, and addressing technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized workshop and efficient workflow.
• Utilize wholesale accounts to order parts when necessary.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a bicycle mechanic with a focus on road and gravel bikes.
• Proficiency in wheel truing, hydraulic brake bleeding, tubeless setup, and experience with Di2 & SRAM ETAP systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
• Capability to provide excellent customer service and advise customers on bikerelated matters.
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Access to transportation to and from the workshop.

Job Types:
