The Recruitment Co.is urgently recruiting for a
PA Administrative Assistant to join our clients growing team working in the manufacturing industry based in the Swansea area.
Hours of work:
Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
Salary:
£28,000
Contract:
Permanent
Responsibilities:
The Assistant will be required to intrinsically support the EA.
This is a responsible role and as such portraying a favourable and highly professional impression to all stakeholders is paramount.
The assistant will need to support the EPA and their division with efficiency and professionalism. Discretion is absolute.Tasks and responsibilities will be governed by the EPA and may include diary management, complex travel arrangements and expenses, managing correspondence, as well as significant general administration.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A tactful, assertive, and articulate voice able to interact effectively with a wide range of people from a variety of cultural backgrounds and levels of seniority.
- Business experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in working to a high standard in routine activities, as much as special projects.
- Numeracy skills.
- Planning, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines by setting priorities and managing work loads.
- Excellent logístical skills complex diary management.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive problemsolving approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dealing with people at senior levels professionally and with appropriate confidentiality.
- Practical experience of using databases & spreadsheets.
- Understanding of financial spreadsheets EXCEL
- Discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- A confident approach, able to remain calm and handle competing demands under pressure.
- The need for confidentiality is paramount.
Qualifications/ Experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a senior admin or PA position.
- Driving licence essential.
