Key responsibilities of a HGV Night Supervisor:

  • Diagnose all faults and ensure they are repaired to manufacturer standards.
  • Maximise productivity in the workshop and ensure all technicians are working to the highest standards.
  • Carry out all work in a timely manner.
  • Complete efficient maintenance, repairs, and MOT preparation.
  • Complete job cards and service sheets.
  • Be able to work with a team.

The Ideal Night Supervisor:


  • In depth knowledge of HGV's.
  • Ideally hold a class one licence.
  • Fully level 3 qualified and skilled to dealer standards.
  • Have previous supervisor experience.
