A very exciting local Company are seeking an IT Support Manager to manage hardware and software issues at Sites throughout the South of England.

Some of your duties will include:

Responding to Site requests for IT support and establishing nature of requirement
Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems and troubleshooting issues where possible
Dealing with networking and connection problems either remotely or at Site
Liaising with third party suppliers if the issues raised is their responsibility
Installing and maintaining hardware and installing upgraded software
