Immediate start for SEMH teaching assistant in a secondary special school in East London.- Long Term role to start immediately with a view to going permanent
- In class support, small group intervention and 1:1 work
- Behaviour management and deescalation
- Join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team
The school offers an excellent level of education and care and considerably improves the life chances of highly vulnerable pupils.
We are looking for a strong classroom practitioner who shares this commitment to the high quality education of vulnerable pupils.
Applicants for this role should ideally have experience working in a PRU, alternative provision or similar environment previously, We are looking for confident practitioners who can gain the respect of challenging teenagers whilst still maintaining the right professional boundaries.
