    Information Security & Privacy Training Manager

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Information Security & Privacy Training Program, responsible for identifying and addressing security and privacy training needs across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive global information security and privacy training program, ensuring alignment with firm-wide goals and objectives.
    • Create and execute a strategic plan to measurably improve security awareness within the firm and targeted employee groups.
    • Design, plan, and implement security and privacy training programs, campaigns, policies, and procedures that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
    • Leverage content from vendors while developing our own curriculum to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
    • Facilitate virtual and in-person training workshops for executive audiences, monitoring success and making adjustments as needed.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in information security and privacy training, preferably in a legal or financial services industry.
    • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs, including phishing simulation testing.
    • Strong understanding of information security and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
