Our client, a growing company in Wigan, Greater Manchester, is seeking a skilled and passionate IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic and fast-paced team??.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users,troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, and configuring bespoke software systems on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to users
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems
  • Configuring bespoke software systems
  • Identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working closely with the team

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
