Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking primarily pies. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the success of our bakery.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Monitor baking process and make adjustments as needed
- Present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with the one other baking staff to coordinate baking schedules
