£120.00 per day plus expenses - initial associate contract with potential for further work.


Position Overview
To deliver first rate coaching through our successful group programme in South Wales.


The Role

We are looking for someone with employment skills experience to deliver coaching in South Wales on programmes over a period of approximately 6-8 weeks.

The purpose of this role is to deliver Motiv-8sw programmes to achieve positive outcomes for people and move them closer towards employment and support in helping individuals overcome their personal barriers and challenges.

The coach will need to hold a valid driving licence and have their own car as will be tasked to deliver in various locations around South Wales.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver small group sessions that support career planning and the development of the skills, attitude and behaviours required by employers.
• Support customers in the development of their employment journey and support individuals in establishing and achieving their progression aims.
• Enhance digital skills for the customers.
• Knowledge and understanding around budgeting, moneymanagement, and debt control/advice.
• Ability to enhance and rewrite vital into work documents such as CV, Cover Letters and Disclosure Letters.
• Liaise regularly with Programme Manager to ensure all customers are fully engaged and supported to succeed in all aspects of the course.
• Liaise with employers and support customers to secure work experience/ employment and coach and facilitate the development of a growth mindset.
• Take responsibility for recording and tracking customer performance including punctuality, attendance, and completion of work.
• Support customers in selfesteem and confidence building activities including working on developing a growth mindset model that enables the realisation of ambitious goals.
• Treat all data and personal information in the strictest confidence.

Essential:

• Driving licence and access to car.
• Strong digital skills / IT abilities.
• Experienced employment skills coach.
• Experience working with common mental health barriers.
