About Our Client:
Our client is leading in their industry with multiple sites across the UK&I.
- Handling ER cases for your site and offering support to others
- Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders
- Keeping policy and procedure up to date
- Responding to high volume queries and case management be responsible for personal time management and allocation time correctly.
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Advise on all people related matters including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, appeal, performance management and sickness management.
- Communicate between the HR team and stakeholders
- Data Analysis
- Positive role model for peers does not engage in negative behaviour that has an impact on the department and others.
- Performance management
- Promote positive Employee Engagement
- Ensure up to date knowledge of employment law and legislation
- You will have a good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
The Successful Applicant:
- CIPD L5 +
- Experience within a similar role
- Excellent knowledge on employment law
- High orgaisation skills
- High communication skills
- Worked for a similar industry
- Desirable
