Key Responsibilities and Role Objectives:


  • Assisting with processing sales orders and customer administration
  • Maintenance of accurate sales ledger
  • Create and send Sales invoices
  • Uploading all approved supplier invoices to accounting software and arrange for accurate and timely processing of invoices with supporting documentation for payment
  • Manage customer portal submissions
  • Entering Customer receipts and other bank transactions
  • Controlling credit accounts and chasing debts
  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries promptly
  • Maintaining accurate customer and supplier details
  • Completing daily bank reconciliations
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Scanning and filing account documents
  • Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly management accounts and month end duties.
  • Assisting with production of regular sales and operational financial reporting
  • Assisting with KPI reporting/ad hoc financial reporting
  • Assisting with monthly payroll

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:


  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting software an advantage
  • Numerate and good attention to Detail
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
