Are you a recent graduate looking to gain experience within a legal setting? Or a graduate looing to build on your employed experience? Due to growth we are seeking to attract a Graduate Lending Specialist to join us.
The focus of the role is to provide a forensic review across our product range which includes second charge lending, residential first mortgage lending, commercial lending, bridging finance and SIPPs.
Day to day duties will involve forensically assessing DSAR information and providing opinion on the merits of the case as well as forming opinions on liability, causation and quantum.
Due to the nature of the reports that the auditor creates it will heavily involve research work as well as liaising with our panel law firms in relation to cases.
We are keen to secure a graduate with a background in either Law or Mathematics, Economics, History etc.High levels of attention to detail are important for this role as well as an excellent standard of written and verbal skills.
The ability to manage your own time, workloads and responding to deadlines is important for this position.Legal Hub are the UK's leading banking litigation experts.
