Description
An opportunity exists for a National Endoscopy Performance Lead to join the National Centre for Sustainable Delivery and lead high priority Endoscopy and Urology programmes across Scheduled Care on behalf of the Scottish Government.
The Planned Care Performance Unit is responsible for implementing agreed Scottish Government Policy to improve both the accessibility and experience of patients using health and social care services and also the performance of Health Boards in their delivery of these services to the patient population.
This is a high profile area of work that requires a passionate and experienced individual who will confidently lead, develop, implement and be responsible for the direct management of a complex and multi-stranded performance management portfolio.
As a result of effectively delivering agreed objectives, there will be an improvement in quality, performance and outcomes for patients.
They will also be responsible for the co-ordination of all elements of service improvement and programme management across these specialties.
