Senior Customer Relations Advisor

Salary:
Up to
£26,000 - DOE


The Company:


We are working with a leading legal expenses provider in the Bristol area who have a number of exciting opportunities available in their complaints team.

This company have shown consistent growth and look to advance their staff through both qualifications and career advancement opportunities.


The Role:


Working alongside the claims team, your responsibilities will include responding to customer complaints, liaise with all parties connected to the complaint and in accordance with the Company's FCA commitments and ethos of customer service.


You will maintain and review relevant statistics and information to identify areas for improvement and training needs for the wider Claims team.


The Required Skills:

Claims Handling experience from a legal or insurance background is desired but not essential DOE

LEI experience is preferable but not essential

Customer service experience is essential

You will need a good eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
