About the Role:

As an Area Supervisor you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest

standards of cleanliness and service across all sites. Your leadership will ensure that

our client continues to exceed expectations, providing a safe and welcoming

environment for both staff and clients. This position offers the chance to make a

Key Responsibilities:

Direct oversight of 34 to 40 commercial cleaning sites across Newcastle/Tyne and Wear

Hands-on management and support of site supervisors and cleaning staff,

ensuring high standards are met consistently.

Coordination of staff schedules, site visits, and quality audits to maintain

optimal service delivery.

Liaison with clients to ensure satisfaction and to address any service

concerns promptly.

Management of recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a

culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the

commercial cleaning or facilities management sector.

A hands-on leader, capable of motivating and managing teams across

multiple sites.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage

complex operations efficiently.

A full UK driving licence.

A commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high

standards.
