**What You'll Do In Your Role
**Your role will be within the European digital team, and you'll be responsible for building content into various internal and 3rd party digital platforms and tools. This content is based on traditional learning materials (such as scenarios, assessments,tutorials, and labs), and is used to create digital experiences that drives the impact that we deliver to our clients. You will use principles of learning experience design and behaviour change to help create high quality, stylish and robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities Within The Role

  • Understand the learning intent and objectives behind learning materials and translate appropriately into computerbased content.
  • Learn to accurately estimate, plan, and communicate with team members and consultants on work and project progress to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate as a member of a crossfunctional, crossoffice project teams.
  • Continually improve technical skills and display aptitude for new tasks.
  • Participate in supporting activities such as: project managing the build cycle, assisting with technical queries, resolving clientfacing errors, maintaining best practice guidelines for the tools and platforms being used, etc
**Skills You Will Need For The Role
**As a Junior Content Author you will use a mix of creative and technical skills to perform your job. You must be a creative thinker to conceptualise content, and then have the organisational mind to create a pragmatic plan of action to drive our developmentprocess.
The ability to work independently within a highly collaborative team environment is essential to this position.

As a key player in our development process, you will need to use initiative and a high degree of independence to build on suggestions and interpret what your colleagues and clients want to achieve into online structure and content.

You will learn the functionalitiesand features of our products and use this knowledge to advise on how best to make the material come alive.

You will need to be proactive to own and drive your part of the development process and involve and guide other stakeholders in the process to achieve team success.

You will need to be adaptable and capable of collaborating with a variety of working styles.
You should be quick thinking and able to iterate based on feedback, delivering at pace.
