Pre-school room Manager, East Finchley
Salary: up to £ 28000 *Full-time* 41 hours per week over 4.5 days (half day off each week will be flexible depending on needs of nursery.) We are seeking a Pre-school Room Manager for this lovely setting in East Finchley. £ £28.000 per annum depending on qualifications/experience/strength of interview As Room Leader, you will be passionate about working with children, watching them develop under your care and looking to continue your career with a reputable nursery committed to happiness of the children and staff. They need dynamic, driven and committed individuals with a child centred approach. Must have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent, be confident in leading a team of practitioners and must have experience working in a similar role.

Other essential qualities:

To have excellent written and spoken English, commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life, a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and a willingness to work as part of a team.

At least 3 years-experience of working with toddlers. Salary for Room Leader is up to £28.000 working 41 hours per week.
