Activity Leader - Broadstairs English Centre

Job purpose

To deliver (and, where necessary, plan and prepare) the School's social activity programmes, including excursions, to the standards set out in the School's manuals, publicity materials and policy and procedure documents.

• Key responsibilities and accountabilities:_
• Deliver allocated social activities and excursions to the required standards and in accordance with the school's stated policies and procedures.
• Keep accurate daily registers of all students on all allocated activities and report absences in line with the school's absence policy and procedure.
• Produce any other additional paperwork that the Activity Manager may request for particular groups and/or activities.
• Observe and implement the School's Child Protection Policy for Students under the Age of 1
• Promote the School by regularly interacting with group leaders and other customers in a proactive, professional and friendly manner.
• Observe and implement the school's policies and procedures with regard to health and safety in the workplace, staff behaviour, dress code and general operations.
