What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Deputy MD, you'll be accountable for building and nurturing a culture of excellence across our business.

You'll have two main areas of focus - firstly, providing insight on our performance of brilliant basics across the operational teams, identifying areas of BAU
in need of improvement and implementing suitable solutions.

You'll also take the light the way in identifying and delivering optimisation initiatives, ensuring a focus on brilliant basics whilst creating genuine opportunities for our people to shine.

Some of your key duties will include:

Owning the continuous improvement strategy, ensuring effective engagement and supporting teams to make improvements in both systems and process.
Managing & taking ownership of the optimisation programme, identifying key initiatives to drive efficiency
Ensuring oversight of Operational Performance KPIs and SLA's, across all customerfacing teams and ensuring expectations are being met or exceeded, creating improvement plans where needed.
Create a community for Continuous Improvement and ensuring that we have engagement at all levels within the organisation.

What are we looking for?

First and foremost, you're an adaptable and inspiring leader who thrives in an environment with changing priorities. You're resourceful, take ownership, and have the judgement required to make good decisions in a live setting. Ideally, you'll also have a good understanding of vehicle leasing operations or complex fleet management.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Proven experience in an operational leadership role
Knowledge of process improvement, performance management, and improvement
Data literate, and comfortable using data to monitor and manage performance
