IT Service Desk Analyst
Are you a self-motivated, hard-working, and organised IT Service Desk Analyst who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy?
We are currently working with a top law firm based in Manchester who is seeking an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst.
Your responsibilities.
You will be responsible for providing a range of deskside and AV support to all users, across both software and hardware-related issues:
- Audio Visual conferencing setup and support
- Windows 10 / Office 365 support
- PC / Laptop builds and configuration
- Printers / Mobile Devices
Your Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a highpressure environment.
- Passionate about customer service and emerging technology.
- A minimum of six months' IT support experience.
