IT Service Desk Analyst
Are you a self-motivated, hard-working, and organised IT Service Desk Analyst who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy?

We are currently working with a top law firm based in Manchester who is seeking an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst.

It's not just about technical knowledge. This role is a chance to use your analytical and problem-solving skills to make a difference in the firm.

Your responsibilities.
You will be responsible for providing a range of deskside and AV support to all users, across both software and hardware-related issues:

Audio Visual conferencing setup and support
Windows 10 / Office 365 support
PC / Laptop builds and configuration
Printers / Mobile Devices

Your Skills:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a highpressure environment.
Passionate about customer service and emerging technology.
A minimum of six months' IT support experience.
