We are looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor for our busy fun, friendly fast-paced Coffee Shop in the heart of Glasgow city centre.

We are passionate about quality coffee and brilliant fresh food and are looking for someone who shares this passion.


You will:

  • Be responsible for running the daily operations in absence of GM
  • Support the GM in a close team in an exciting, fast paced environment
  • Ensure guests get the best food and drinks, quickly and consistently
  • Train and coach our Baristas to be the best they can be
  • Ensure the team deliver on values time and time again
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Experience required:

  • Have 1+ years' supervisor/managerial experience within a coffee shop or similar operation
  • Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for providing a great customer service experience
(Must be able to work a variety of hours Mon

  • Sun, we start early in the day at 6am so must be able to get to city centre for then.)

Salary:
£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
