RFM Building Repair Contracts Coordinator/Project Administrator


RFM Building Repair Projects are a subsidiary company of RFM Group and are currently looking for an experienced administrator to work with their insurance team in the Aberdeen office.


The Role


The role requires someone who is proactive and organized, you must have good eye for detail with great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

You must have excellent time management abilities and an analytical approach.


Responsibilities

  • Liaison with contract managers, clients, policyholders, in house trades staff and subcontractors.
  • Assist Contract Managers with client audits (development and maintenance of the system).
  • Update timesheets for members of your team on a daily basis to keep all labour costs up to date.
  • Maintenance of labour board when required.
  • Periodic scheduling of services from subcontractors.
  • Assisting Contract Managers with contract variations.
  • Production of new project folders and all associated project information.
  • Preparation of project management information.
  • Supporting the contract manager as required.
  • Completion of purchase orders in line with company procedure on a daily basis (all P/O's to be fully costed).
  • Support and knowledge of all administration functions relating to role.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of a similar administrative role in an office environment.
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat with the ability to learn new skills.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team.
  • Disciplined approach towards own workload.
  • Ability to think ahead and work on initiative.
  • Experience of working under pressure and in a busy environment.
  • Responsible attitude to problem solving and decision making.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of seniority.
  • Experience of prioritizing a variable workload and multiple projects.
Full Time Hours of work: 9am-5pm


Salary:
Negotiable dependant on experience

The role advertised is office-based.

£16,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
