We are looking for a starter, finisher and someone who knows how to motivate and engage their team but also thrives off internal and external collaboration.

We don't have "People" in our name for no reason

What is important is that you are 100% a people person with the ability to bridge the gap between board and the factory.

You must be an excellent communicator with positive vibes and on point diplomacy You will not be micromanaged; you will be completely empowered at the same time as having the full support of the leadership team.

Our Culture
