Responsibilities:


  • Conduct indepth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic linkbuilding and guestblogging campaigns to enhance domain authority.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance using advanced SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz and Google Search Console and analytics platforms including GA
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate across departments with content creators, developers, and designers to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audit, identify areas of improvement, and work with the wider team to implement solutions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise SEO strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of onpage and offpage SEO techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented with a passion for staying uptodate on industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year
