Who are we:

Due to the ever-growing demand from our new and existing clients worldwide, we are currently looking for a 360 recruitment consultants to join our expanding sales team working out of our office in Maidstone, Kent.

Responsibilities:

Business development lead generation, cold calling, nurturing and maintaining new and existing business
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Establishing yourself as the 'goto' recruiter in your market.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Key Skills

Strong business development and client relationship skills
Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle effectively.
Ability to be selfmotivated and work autonomously
Strong communicator with excellent Negotiating skills
Goaloriented, with a drive to exceed targets.
