  • Here at the Deichmann UK Head Office we are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator.
  • Based in Market Harborough, Deichmann UK, are looking to appoint a highly motivated and business focused individual who will be responsible for the coordination of retail operations communications across the business by providing a vital link between head office departments and stores across the UK.
  • Reporting to the Sales Project Manager and responsible for the supervision of our Sales Coordination Assistant the successful applicant will also support projects & new initiatives critical to the growth of the business and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • You will enjoy working as one of a business centric team, supervising another and taking time out to visit stores on an ad hoc and planned basis.
  • You will have ideally worked in a sales coordination role in a retail setting or similar.
  • We are also looking for someone with at least one year of experience managing/supervising others.
  • Key activities:

Collate information from business departments to create and issue updates and instructions in a timely manner to stores i.e., promotions, sales, marketing.


  • Create and circulate internal communications across the business on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis using a variety of mediums i.e., newsletters, social media.
  • Create corporate PowerPoint presentations.
  • Liaise with colleagues across the group relative to strategic projects and be involved in initiatives as required.
  • Create and review policies, procedures & Elearning modules relative to store operations.
  • Support new store openings, ensuring all activities associated with a new opening are planned and implemented in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with colleagues across the group relative to strategic projects and involvement in initiatives as needed.
  • Create new store 'layouts', ensuring instructions for implementation are clear & concise & issued in a timely manner.
  • Corporate event planning, organisation, and implementation of same
  • Personal characteristics:
Educated to degree or have equivalent work experience at same level in a business, retail operations setting.

  • Highly effective communication skills, written & verbal with ability to present confidently.
  • Ability to think both creatively & commercially.
  • Highly organised & able to prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical, with problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on own or as one of a team.
  • Be able to present content confidently to senior colleagues.
  • Have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office365 packages in particular Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have experience of creating material/instructions of a detailed nature and dissemination of same
  • Possess a full driving license.
  • Salary/Pay:
- £30,000
