The Role - Housekeeper - Student Accommodation
AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Cleaner to join our cleaning team for the student accommodation residents at The University of Leeds both on and off campus

This is a Part time Permanent Relief role -The suitable person would have cleaning experience and would be available to work Monday to Friday from 9am - 1pm with the option of gaining overtime to cover holidays and sickness

Duties/Key Responsibilities
To provide professional relief cleaning services to our client to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of student accommodation cleaning across The University of Leeds which includes

Damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming
Cleaning toilets facilities, washrooms
Cleaning of the kitchens and dining areas
Cleaning windows within easy reach.
Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors
Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
Ensure supplies and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Cleaning in communal living areas (stairs & Landings)

Skills Required:

You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
Good timekeeping and attendance are both essential.
Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety
Experience working as a cleaner before
