Are you ready to step into a dynamic role where professionalism and excellent communication skills are the keys to success?

As a Call Operator, your primary objective will be to answer and resolve intercom calls in a professional manner.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate logs of intercom interactions, collaborating closely with the Technical Team and Customer Response Centre to report and escalate equipment faults.

As the Call Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and resolving the intercom calls in a professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate logs by recording information gathered through the intercom
  • Carrying out administrative duties
  • Offer the highest level of customer service at all times seeking the assistance of your manager when necessary
  • Keep up to date with technical training on all systems

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
