Marketing Manager - London Docklands
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer
Our client provides bespoke property finance advice to wealthy individuals and their family offices, secured on worldwide super-prime real estate.
Managing finance enquiries of over £2 billion per year, has given the company preferential access to lendinginstitutions and services globally.
This role will manage all The Group's online and offline marketing activity to Mortgage Intermediaries, high-net-worth individuals, and key corporate partners.
Responsibilities (Non-exhaustive):
- Managing all social media channels and work to deliver the social media strategy.
- Ensure all activity reflects the brand proposition and guidelines for clear, consistent communications
- Coordinate any marketing events which the firm may attend or sponsor, including awards dinners, roadshows & Private Family office dinners.
- Handle day to day relationships with external agencies, including but not limited to event management, print and logistics companies.
- Experience of using Adobe software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro for content and video production.
- Support the Chief Commercial Officer with the management of the PR Agency, from briefing, amends to publication.
- Provide sales presentations and point of sale materials when required (including branded promotional items) for the Advisers, and work closely with Graphic Designer to provide POS materials
- Manage eventbased promotional requirements, working closely with the advisers, booking in key industry events, and building relationships/negotiating with organisers
- Build positive relationships in any key meetings with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign effectiveness is both maximised and evaluated.
About you:
- You have drive, selfmotivation, proactive and a desire to make a real difference.
- At least 5 years existing marketing experience in financial services, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ideally with experience in a high net worth/private client role but not essential.
- You're comfortable leading change and influencing senior decisionmakers.
- Would like to work for a fastgrowing business that has ambitions to be the leader in facilitating finance for highnetworth individuals.
- Capable at copy writing and drafting suitable content for marketing campaigns
