- £23,000 - £28,000 DOE

My client is a leading Building Services firm, which provides Mechanical and Electrical services to a range of commercial clients.

The client undertakes projects across the Yorkshire region.

ROLE INFORMATION:
The Projects Administrator will be supporting a busy Contracts Management team on a day to day basis:


Duties:

• General assistance of contracts team
• Preparing Method Statements/Risk Assessments
• Preparing O&Ms
• Processing sales orders
• Obtaining supplier quotes
• Placing purchase orders
• Raising invoices
• Tracking project procurement
• Keeping track of project financials and variations
• Preparing and quotations
• Assisting with project scheduling and programming
• Attending project meetings, keeping notes and tracking actions
