SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- £23,000 - £28,000 DOE
- 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

My client is a leading Building Services firm, which provides Mechanical and Electrical services to a range of commercial clients.
The client undertakes projects across the Yorkshire region.YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ROLE INFORMATION:
The Projects Administrator will be supporting a busy Contracts Management team on a day to day basis:
Duties:
- General assistance of contracts team
- Preparing Method Statements/Risk Assessments
- Preparing O&Ms
- Processing sales orders
- Obtaining supplier quotes
- Placing purchase orders
- Raising invoices
- Tracking project procurement
- Keeping track of project financials and variations
- Preparing and quotations
- Assisting with project scheduling and programming
- Attending project meetings, keeping notes and tracking actions
