Description
As a Sonographer you would be expected to provide clinical excellence and assist in managing the day-to-day organisation of the clinical area providing effective and efficient leadership.
Applicants should be flexible, patient focussed, and committed to delivering the highest standards of clinical care.
The ultrasound service operates 5 days a week with the possible future development to extend to a 6 or 7 day working week.
The duties of this post includes,
To work autonomously within the ultrasound service.
To be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality images and reports in a professional and caring manner.
To approve requests and prioritise referrals according to clinical need.
To support the Ultrasound Service Manager and Deputy in the delivery of the service
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
