Description

We are looking for a Video Editor to join our Learning Design Development Team
Be a part of the Creative Team making a variety of content for our learners. The purpose of this position is to support the Learning, Design Development

department (LDD) in creating high quality, innovative and engaging learning experiences using video and audio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Editor who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

About You
This is an ideal role for a media graduate who has experience in filming, editing and animation. Applicants must provide a portfolio of previous work.

Essential

Editing videos primarily using Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Camtasia
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Knowledge of professional media equipment (e.g. microphones, cameras, lighting, etc.)
Strong, accurate and grammatical written communication skills and good verbal communication skills
Good organisational skills, able to balance competing work demands (workload) and manage own time in order to meet imminent and distant deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team

Desirable

Use of professional AV equipment (e.g. microphone placement, lighting setups, shooting on location, etc.)
Chroma keying using Adobe After Effects and general After Effects experience
Experience with Adobe Illustrator
Create graphics and basic animations using Illustrator or Photoshop and Adobe
Basic understanding of learning theory and evidence based instructional design as it applies to AV learning resources
