Main Responsibilities_

  • Dealing with customer orders on overdue accounts
  • Proactively chase outstanding payment ensuring monies are paid to terms
  • Make preemptive calls to ensure monies due are paid on time
  • Resolve any account or invoice query
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Setting up new customers on the system
  • Build customer relationships

Skills and Experience_

  • Previous credit control experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Methodical and organised, with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and able to use initiative
  • Flexible attitude and the ability to work successfully in a close team environment
  • Good IT and Excel skills
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
