DT Trucks is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Controller to join our team at Barking.

At DT Trucks you will work as part of a team and communicate effectively with both customers and suppliers.

We are looking for:
Professionalism - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multi-task - Ability to work to deadlines - Confident and professional communication skills - Organised - Full driver's license - Someone with previous experience working as a parts advisor or other relevant experience within the motor trade - Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Working on the back counter while also serving the front counter. Preparing round sheets and relevant paperwork for the parts delivery driver - Answering inbound calls and serving both the retail and trade - Building long-term rapport with customers and suppliers - Actively promote offers, customer incentives - Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first time - Delivering exceptional customer service to customers - Receiving, recording, and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers - Carry out regular parts stock checks - Being fully conversant with procedures within the parts department


Salary:
£32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
