Key Requirements:
- A
team player who is also able to help and support your colleagues' cases as and when required - A
willingness to help our customers no matter how they're feeling by being patient, listening carefully, and being levelheaded. - A
clear communicator who has experience in having difficult conversations or complaint handling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- This will be a
busy telephone role, where most of our
customers will call in to speak to you to
discuss their complaint. - The main part of this role is dealing with customers who have purchased a vehicle from First Response, and they are unhappy with the quality of it. You will need to
answer their queries and
log new complaints, whilst
proactively contacting customers to provide them with updates. - You will also
support the investigations team to
communicate a decision on a complaint with the customer.
