Description

This assistant account handler opportunity is based in Malvern and is easily commutable by the 44-bus route. This is a Monday to Friday role.

As an assistant account handler, you will receive;

Full training with the aim of progressing to commercial account handler
Relevant industry qualifications
You will be joining a reputable family insurance brokerage who focus on providing high standards of guidance and customer service.

Whilst working within a busy commercial insurance department, as an assistant account handler you will;

Be responsible for providing administrative support to the account handlers
Learn policy wordings and underwriting guides
Answer claim queries
Reviewing files including renewals and midterm adjustments
Working closely with colleagues to ensure all finance agreements are on the system and queries are responded to within a timely manner.

We would love to speak to anyone with 6 to 12 months office experience and with a grade C or above in maths and English.
