This assistant account handler opportunity is based in Malvern and is easily commutable by the 44-bus route. This is a Monday to Friday role.

As an assistant account handler, you will receive;

  • Full training with the aim of progressing to commercial account handler
  • Relevant industry qualifications
  • You will be joining a reputable family insurance brokerage who focus on providing high standards of guidance and customer service.
Whilst working within a busy commercial insurance department, as an assistant account handler you will;

  • Be responsible for providing administrative support to the account handlers
  • Learn policy wordings and underwriting guides
  • Answer claim queries
  • Reviewing files including renewals and midterm adjustments
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure all finance agreements are on the system and queries are responded to within a timely manner.


We would love to speak to anyone with 6 to 12 months office experience and with a grade C or above in maths and English.
