Summary:

Tristar Foods, the parent company that owns the famous London street food fried chicken brand, Mother Clucker, and Byron, founded in 2007 by Tom Byng and Head Chef Fred Smith, are disruptive, indulgent, and fun brands that have transformed the British food scene.

As a Finance Assistant at Tristar, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of both Byron and Mother Clucker, supporting our day-to-day financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Collate and prepare invoices for payment.
• Process invoices and assist with any queries from restaurants.
• Support payment runs.
• Maintain and reconcile supplier ledgers.
• Establish and nurture supplier relationships.
• Efficiently manage invoice queries.
• Assist in the preparation of monthend accounts.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other team members to ensure efficient financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

Requirements:

• Basic Excel skills and experience with SAGE (or other accounting software).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fastpaced and demanding environment.
• Strong desire to learn and grow along with the business.

Working Arrangements:

This role will involve one day per week in the office and the rest working remotely.

Initially, there will be a period of face-to-face handover and training in the office before transitioning to a remote working setup.

The ability to adapt to changing business needs and demands is essential.
