CCTV Control Room Operator required.

Amba Defence Global is a leading security and defence consultancy based in the heart of the Cotswolds who are now seeking an additional CCTV Control Room Operator to join our team based a 10 minute walk from Moreton-in-Marsh train station.

CCTV Control Room Operator / Security Manager Position **Overview.

You will be required to monitor various CCTV, Intruder, Fire & Aspiration systems in order to respond to all incoming alerts in a proactive manner & action an adequate response based upon agreed service standards.

As a 24 hour, 365 days a year operation you will be required to work both day and night shifts in a rotating shift pattern in order to ensure the smooth running of our client's security requirements.

CCTV Control Room Operator / Security Manager Position Requirements**- Ability to liaise confidently with clients & external stakeholders.

Computer literate and ability to pick up new computer systems.
Willing to work a mixture of day and night shifts with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in a customer service position would be beneficial
Ability to think and respond proactively to incoming alerts

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
