Reporting to the Regional Claims Manaer, you will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating a team of Claims handlers across two sites (Manchester & Birmingham), pro-actively managing Commercial Property claims through to settlement.

Workingfrom home, you will play a vital role within the business by helping them strive to provide a first class customer service, ensuring aseamless claims service from beginning to end.

Knowledge of property claims is essential so that you can support your teamwith technical queries and help them to remove barriers to progressing claims.

You'll also provide support to the Regional Manager by providing complaint resolution, leading process compliance and task management across the team, managing data capture andMI and participating in driving continuous improvement.
