Purpose of the Role:


To deliver a range of training and development services to inspire staff to achieve their full potential and to support company aims.

Working with stakeholders you will identify, design, deliver and evaluate learning and development solutions across Advisory, covering induction and softskills training.

Monitoring development and support embedding ensuring all assessments are passed and training recommendations fulfilled.


Key Role Accountabilities:


  • Deliver the induction programme
  • Deliver the personal effectiveness and system content, delivering BAU training requirements
  • Contract with our key stakeholders on all BAU delivery activity
  • Complete effective training need analysis (TNA's) for the business providing a detailed report highlighting findings, recommendations and options
  • Design and / or deliver and sign off both classroom and blended learning content which support identified staff development needs, whilst satisfying the Company's training and competency scheme
  • Maintain the current learning curriculum to ensure all learning is compliant and ready to use
  • Ensure that the learning we design and deliver is accurate, compliant and in line with internal processes
  • Evaluate and report on the business impact of learning activities, contributing to the advancement of the team and the delivery of a highquality, cost effective service to the business
  • Be able to consult effectively with the business using a toolkit of consultancy skills in order to identify and define client requirements, ensure stakeholder management, influence our stakeholders, encourage the use of effective learning interventions and become a solution provider
  • Develop and support a learning culture by building awareness and understanding of the learning solutions available to the business
  • Facilitate workshops, coach and support the embedding of new skills, knowledge and behaviours.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Capability to work as part of a team and support a team in delivering shared objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail good written skills
  • Experience of working with various stakeholders/SMEs
  • A fast learner with a creative mind and outgoing personality
  • Strong MS office skills

DESIRED

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent training qualifications or a willingness to obtain the qualification
  • Experience of creating elearning
  • Experience of working in regulated environment (Insurance/Financial Services)

  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability inspire others
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver training both face to face and remotely
  • Ability to work with the business in creating annual training plans
