Organisational Risk Business Partner:
The Organisational Risk Business Partner is a critical role in any organisation.
This position is responsible for managing the organisation's risk profile, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating risk information to stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the Organisational Risk Business Partner include:
- Developing and implementing the organization's risk management framework
- Identifying and assessing risks to the organization
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Communicating risk information to stakeholders
- Managing the risk register
- Monitoring and reviewing the organization's risk profile
Qualifications for the Organisational Risk Business Partner include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in risk management
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
- Experience in working with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Financial Services experience
