Contact Centre Advisor


We are recruiting for a
Contact Centre Advisor to sell Tickets, ATG Theatre Cards and Retail Packages for all ATG's venues and clients, based at our Contact Centre at the Sunderland Empire.

This is an opportunity to work as part of a friendly and supportive team, working with an interesting and always-changing product range - some of the UK's biggest and most exciting shows, and the added extras that make a visit to our theatres even more special.


You'll help us develop and sustain audiences throughout the country by pro-actively selling tickets and retail offers, providing excellent levels of customer care and taking care to meet and exceed customer expectations.


Full Time Hours are worked on a on a 6-week rolling rota to cover our opening hours 9am - 8pm Monday - Sunday, Availability including evenings and weekends is therefore essential for this role.


Part Time Hours (Minimum 20 hours ) must include Monday from 9am, Thursday and Saturday until 8pm


_ This is a fixed term contract offered for 6 months._

  • Experience of working in sales role or environment is an advantage
