What you'll be doing:


As a member of Building Management Team, the post holder is directly responsible for provision of facilities duties at Corporate & Community Buildings including Community Hubs encompassing security, minor maintenance, and other related services on a shift rota.

To monitor the use of facilities, including cleaning, repairs, maintenance, and security of the site. Carry out cleaning duties as required. Ensure buildings comply with Health & Safety regulation.


Able to work within clear guidelines to support the day to day running of the service, providing an accessible, flexible, efficient, and courteous support service to staff and customers.

The role will require flexibility and the ability to move between and across additional specialisms.

The role will require regular planning and co-ordination of activities in a well-structured environment. Able to manage own time effectively and identify priorities for self and others where there is supervisory responsibility.
