What you'll be doing:
As a member of Building Management Team, the post holder is directly responsible for provision of facilities duties at Corporate & Community Buildings including Community Hubs encompassing security, minor maintenance, and other related services on a shift rota.
Able to work within clear guidelines to support the day to day running of the service, providing an accessible, flexible, efficient, and courteous support service to staff and customers.
The role will require regular planning and co-ordination of activities in a well-structured environment. Able to manage own time effectively and identify priorities for self and others where there is supervisory responsibility.
