Head of Demand and Inventory Management UK who will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing the activities of demand managers. Ensuring adequate inventory levels to enable continuous supply to customers and patients in the UK.

This role reports to the Head of Supply Chain and Customer Care UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the daily activities of demand managers: followup on product availability and support in decisionmaking and daily communication. Management and coordination of alerts (supply and financial), actions to be put in place in case of backorder and shortage risk/writeoff risk.
- Guarantee the quality of the team's work by analyzing performance results. Analyse, coordinate and implement the necessary actions to continuously improve processes, activities, and information exchanges.
- Responsible for the inventory management performance elements of the company.
- Owning the warehouse and distribution budget and controlling the costs and 3PL (Thirdparty logistics) operational performance: facilitating QBRs (Quarterly business review) and monthly meetings.
- Local S&BP process: contribute to the overall process, including a review of performance levels and possible alerts on future supply and financial risks. Coordination of the preparation, active participation in meetings and action item followups.
- The main point of contact for the global functions for everything related to the operational activities of the Supply Chain. Weekly and monthly completion of the reports required by global functions, ensuring regular communication to present and explain the results and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaising constantly with QA and regulations on operational topics to ensure alignment on product changes, deviations, and action plans to mitigate gaps.
- Coordination of crossfunctional projects related to Lifecycle and Master data activities, from launch to divestment for all our products, in close collaboration with the other functions: medical, marketing, finance, market access, and regulatory.
- Management of a team of 35 people: coordination of activities, team building, feedback, guidance, development, and recruitment.

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master in Supply Chain/ Business School/ Engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of Supply Chain within an industry.
- Analytical skills and a system savvy, knowing how to interpret figures, invent new solutions, tools or methods and deduce the actions to be taken — great rigour in the daily work.
- Working experience with 3PLs, wholesalers and service providers controlling the service level and operational performance.
- Ability to manage a team of several people: lead (set objectives and monitor results), organize and execute activities while ensuring the wellbeing and development of each employee.
- Good ability to learn new tools: indepth knowledge of the office pack (Excel with formulas), mastery of SAP and Rapid Response (preferable), and other tools such as BI, Qlick Sense, etc.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with different teams: good crossfunctional management, resilient and able to find solutions.
- English language fluent written and spoken, plus additional local language.
Desirable requirements:
- Fluency in written and oral communication. Good ability to facilitate meetings, develop ideas clearly, and use relevant presentations.
- Autonomy and decisionmaking: problems designing and proposing new methods.
