Job description
The International Recruitment and Partnerships Assistant is based in the newly created Department of Future Students, bringing together the university's marketing, branding, digital and recruitment activities to enhance the University's local, national and global reputation.
Based at primarily in Pontypridd but with a need to work at other campuses as required, this role will provide you with a role where you can utilise your range of marketing and recruitment skills.
Reporting to the International Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role supporting day to day administration and co-ordination of international partnerships and student recruitment and support activities.
Your duties will include assisting with the administration of student exchanges, organizing events to support recruitment and partnership activities, organizing incoming visits, undertaking campus tours, supporting the Immigration and International Student Advice team with drop-in sessions and BRP distribution, and providing support across the whole International team as required.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with relevant administrative and educational qualifications, proven relevant work experience and the qualities described below to develop experience across a range of international activities.
