An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Peripatetic Clinical Team Administrator to join the already established Business Support Team within the Integrated Mental Health and Justice Pathway.

This role is office based at Hellesdon Hospital however there is a need for regular independent travel to support our clinical teams at HMP Bure, HMP Wayland and HMP Norwich.


We are looking for a person who is team focussed, enthusiastic, and energised with a positive, can-do attitude as well as a good work ethic.

Good communication and organisational skills are essential.


You would be working with the support of the wider business support team within the Integrated Mental Health and Justice Pathway which includes not only the Wellbeing IAPT Prison Team but also the Mental Health Team at HMP Norwich and the Liaison and Diversion Team encompassing Norfolk and Suffolk.

You will be welcomed into the wider Secure Services directorate.


Secure and Forensic Services provide community and in-patient care to adult men and women who, as a possible consequence of their mental health needs, have come into contact with the criminal justice system.

We also provide services to the three prisons in Norfolk - HMP Norwich, HMP Bure and HMP Wayland and the six Police Investigation Centres across Norfolk and Suffolk.


We work hard to make sure we provide a high level of customer service in each of the areas we cover.

This role will include interaction and communication with a wide scope of people including service users, health and social care staff, medical and criminal justice professionals as well as solicitors and commissioners.


We are committed to offering the best possible administrative service and this requires us to work respectfully with each other and the wider Trust.


This role will primarily be focussed on using electronic patient records such as SystmOne, IAPTus and Lorenzo (full training will be given).

You would need to be an excellent communicator and be confident working with a wide range of colleagues including staff from the wider care group, Trust along with specialist services such as Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Services, Courts and Police.

You must be able to prioritise, and problem solve on a daily basis.
